Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for radio campaigns.
- Manage client relationships and sales targets.
- Collaborate with programming and production teams.
- Identify potential advertisers and business opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and innovative marketing initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between marketing strategies and overall business objectives.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience (TV/Radio).
- Comprehensive knowledge and exposure to the media industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, dynamic, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
