ASSISTANT OPERATION MANAGER

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage and coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency
- Oversee stock handling, storage, and dispatch operations while maintaining accuracy and minimizing losses
- Lead and supervise operational teams to ensure discipline, productivity, and safety standards are maintained
- Handle customer coordination professionally and resolve operational challenges effectively
- Monitor daily stock movements, reporting, and operational performance
- Ensure compliance with company operational procedures and safety regulations
- Support management in achieving operational targets and continuous process improvements.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, transport, or operational management roles
- Experience in team handling and operational coordination
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer literacy including Excel and ERP systems
- Candidates from Galle area or those willing to relocate/work in Galle are preferred.
