TRAINING INSTRUCTOR - SEWING MACHINE (KATUNAYAKE)
We are looking for a passionate and energetic Training Instructor to train and develop Sewing Machine Operators to our Training Center in a garment manufacturing environment.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
- Conduct training sessions for new Sewing Machine Operators.
- Teach machine handling, sewing techniques, and quality standards.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide guidance.
- Maintain discipline and productivity within the training center.
- Ensure safety and company procedures are followed.
- Support skill development and operator evaluations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the garment/apparel industry
- Good knowledge of industrial sewing machines
- Ability to train and guide new operators
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
- Previous training experience will be an added advantage
