RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, schedule, and monitor production operations to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, warehouse, and other relevant departments to achieve production and delivery targets.
- Monitor order progress and ensure compliance with production plans and quality standards.
- Analyse production data and prepare reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure assigned KPIs are achieved within the given timelines.
SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Textile or Apparel Manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in planning tools/software such as in-house ERP systems, Fast react, and advanced Excel will be an added advantage.
