HR OFFICER

LOCATION: MALABE

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle day to day HR operations and administration.
  • Maintain and update employees' records using HRIS
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation
  • Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee relations and disciplinary processes
  • Prepare HR Reports and assist management with HR data

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration
  • Proven experience in an HR role (Minimum 1 year)
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is an advantage
  • Female candidates are preferred
  • Applicants living close to Malabe are preferred
  • Age below 30
