HR OFFICER
LOCATION: MALABE
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle day to day HR operations and administration.
- Maintain and update employees' records using HRIS
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation
- Assist in payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary processes
- Prepare HR Reports and assist management with HR data
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration
- Proven experience in an HR role (Minimum 1 year)
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems is an advantage
- Female candidates are preferred
- Applicants living close to Malabe are preferred
- Age below 30
