FACTORY MANAGER – PET FOOD PRODUCTION
Blue Line Gastronomic Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Factory Manager to oversee the operations of our Pet Food Production Facility in Sri Lanka, including the canning section.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily factory operations and production processes
- Manage and supervise the canning section, dry food section and overall manufacturing activities
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are achieved
- Lead and motivate factory staff while maintaining discipline and productivity
- Coordinate project management activities and ensure timely completion
- Handle dynamic operational situations effectively
- Maintain smooth functioning of production machinery and technical operation
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing industry
- Male candidate below 50 years of age
- Strong self-leadership and decision-making abilities
- Proven project management and execution skills
- Good Human Resource Management (HRM) capabilities
- General technical knowledge of production machinery
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage dynamic situations
