The Oasis Hambantota – Vacancies
Our Resort Hotel is located down south in Hambantota with 54 rooms widely spread out on our 15-acre property. Surrounded by tropical lush garden offering peace, tranquility and with impeccable service. To be a part of our successful team we’re now on the lookout for suitable individuals for the following vacancies below:
Front Office Supervisor
- 2 years or more experience in the similar capacity at a hotel in Sri Lanka
- Obtained relevant qualification or degree in the same position
- Handle and Supervise Bookings made direct and through travel agents
- Excellent language and people skills, in English and German (Added Advantage)
- Quick learner and multitasker
- Able to upsell our hotel to potential clients and help promote our hotel
F&B Supervisor
- 3 years or more experience in the similar capacity at a hotel in Sri Lanka
- Introduce new and cost-effective ways to uplift the F&B
- Excellent language and people skills, in English, Sinhala and in German (added advantage)
- Handle the team at the restaurant and kitchen by guiding and showing them examples
- Ayurveda food knowledge is an added advantage
- Obtained relevant qualification or degree in the same position
Waiters
- 1 year or more experience in similar capacity at a hotel in Sri Lanka
- Handle and manage food service at each meal service, ensure smooth operation
- Excellent language and people skills, English is a must and any other languages (added advantage)
