ASSISTANT RELATIONSHIP MANAGERS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of high-net-worth clients by delivering tailored financial solutions
  • Achieve branch and private banking business targets through proactive engagement
  • Cross-sell and Upsell products, including investments, cards, deposits, loans, and insurance
  • Maintain consistent and high-quality communication and service to strengthen client relationships
  • Monitor transactions to identify and report unusual patterns in line with AML policies
  • Assist in branch-level compliance checks and audit readiness
  • Ensure full adherence to internal policies, operational guidelines, and regulatory frameworks
  • Organise promotional campaigns and client engagement events to enhance brand presence

Candidate Criteria:

  • Full or part qualification in Credit, Retail Banking or Banking
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field from a recognised university is preferred
  • Minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in Banking or Finance, including 2 - 3 years as an Executive or above position in a similar setting
  • Proven expertise in Private Banking Operations, Wealth Management Operations, or servicing High-Net-Worth clients is essential
  • Strong relationship management skills with a track record of growing client portfolios
  • An outgoing personality with an excellent command of English
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
