MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER – FINANCE
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Manager / Assistant Manager – Finance to join our team. The role will be responsible for managing financial operations and supporting key business decisions.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial management, taxation, compliance, and financial controls, along with proven leadership experience in a fast-paced business environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage financial reporting, taxation, financial controls, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Handle taxation matters, including corporate tax and international tax compliance. Manage revenue reconciliation and financial verification processes.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Support strategic financial planning and business decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- MBA or Bachelor’s Degree with a full professional qualification in Accounting / Finance, such as CA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of continuous experience in Finance / Accounting in reputed companies. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a senior finance role.
- Experience in international tax law, transfer pricing, or cross-border taxation will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in ERP / accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Age between 35 – 40.
