ASSISTANT MANAGER GROUP FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
- Preparation and review of Group-level MIS and management reporting.
- Review and analysis of SBU financial statements and performance MIS.
- Provide financial and operational support for business units and subsidiary companies.
- Tax compliance and coordination of statutory requirements.
- Review and monitoring of financial compliance, internal controls, and finance processes across Group SBUs.
- Coordination with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and internal stakeholders as required.
- Participation in finance transformation, process improvement, and system implementation initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
- CIMA, CA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- More than 5 years’ experience in corporate finance, accounting, or financial reporting.
- Strong financial reporting skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across multiple business environments and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
