CFO Plans is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team.
This role involves engaging with business owners and decision-makers in the US market, building outbound relationships, and generating qualified meetings for our companies.
What we're looking for:
- 1-3+ years of experience in business development, SDR, or outbound sales
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Confidence speaking with professionals and decision-makers
- Ability to build pipeline through outbound outreach
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and self-motivation
- Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity
- Experience working with US-based clients or prospects is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM or outbound sales tools is preferred
Working Hours:
This role follows US Pacific working hours. (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM Sri Lanka Time)
Compensation:
LKR 150,000 + commission
