ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / ACADEMIC COORDINATOR
1. Administrative Assistant – Examinations Department
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day administration of the Examinations Department
- Assist exam registrations and coordination of examination activities
- Maintain accurate examination records and student data
- Support preparation of results, transcripts, and related documents
- Coordinate with academic staff for smooth conduct of examinations
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree, Diploma or equivalent qualification in related field
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Previous experience in administrative or related work
- Good communication and organizational skills
2. Academic Coordinator - Faculty of Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate academic programmes, lectures, and timetables
- Act as the communication link between students, lecturers, and management
- Support academic planning and programme delivery
- Handle student inquiries and provide academic support
- Coordinate academic meetings, events and workshops
- Maintain academic records and attendance register
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Management, Administration or a related field
- 06 months of experience in academic coordination or related work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
