Your role involves close collaboration with customers, production teams across several factories, and supply chain and logistics departments to ensure orders progress according to agreed schedules and delivery commitments.
By proactively managing client communications and addressing inquiries, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
