ASSOCIATE - MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING

CAREER PROFILE
- Prepare and maintain accurate product costing estimates.
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Analyze factory overhead costs and prepare monthly profitability reports.
- Monitor budget performance and develop factory overhead absorption rates.
- Implement financial controls and cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain internal controls and support corrective actions where required.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Finance Management
- Part or full qualification in CIMA, ACCA or CA (CA articles can be covered).
- At least 01-02 years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
- Proficiency in data analysis (Quantitative Analysis).
- Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
