GROUP CHIEF SUPPLY CHAIN OFFICER (CSCO)
Delmege Group, one of Sri Lanka’s most respected and diversified conglomerates with a proud legacy spanning over 175 years, is seeking an exceptional Group Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) to lead a large-scale enterprise transformation journey.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Proven experience in leading end-to-end Supply Chain operations at an enterprise or Group level.
- Strong expertise in Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, and Supply Operations.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Exposure to large-scale transformation, restructuring, and operational integration initiatives.
- Strong strategic leadership presence with the ability to influence at Board and C-suite level.
- Experience in ERP systems, analytics, automation, and digital Supply Chain transformation.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and diversified business environments.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- An MBA or internationally recognized professional qualifications will be a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience, including senior leadership exposure within large or diversified organizations.
