Administration & Facilities Management
JOB PROFILE
- Manage facility-related costs, payments, and supplier records.
- Ensure smooth delivery of services (security, utilities, HVAC, maintenance, etc.)
- Coordinate building maintenance and vendor services.
- Maintain records in line with ISO standards and manage contracts/renewals.
- Support internal teams with operational and meeting requirements.
- Assist with inventory, asset management, and insurance coordination.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma/Degree in Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of facility operations, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Basic understanding of building systems (electrical / mechanical)
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
