EXECUTIVE EXAMINATIONS

Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Sri Lanka (Inc.), the leader in Human Resource Management, which is fast expanding to meet the current and emerging demands of the HR Profession, requires a self-motivated, results-oriented professional to fill the vacancy of the Executive – Examinations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and update the CIPM assessment calendar, ensuring timely LMS uploads and result releases.
- Expand the question bank by 10% and finalize assessments in advance.
- Share assessments and links with examiners, provide necessary guidance, and finalize results promptly.
- Ensure all examination logistics, including student eligibility, payments, attendance, and mark sheets, are properly managed.
- Communicate assessment schedules and notifications in a timely manner.
- Plan special assessments and finalize graduation lists within deadlines.
- Process examiner payments accurately and submit them to Finance on time.
- Adhere to examination policies, quality standards, and 5S practices.
- Address student concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality in all examination matters.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or a relevant professional qualification (NDHRM/PQHRM, CQHRM, or equivalent).
- A qualification in education and experience in the professional education sector will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with LMS platforms.
- Excellent command of English and Sinhala, both spoken and written.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-oriented.
- Strong integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with students, examiners, and staff.
