Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar marketing or customer-facing role within an apparel trim manufacturing organization.
- A Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Excellent command of English and Sinhala, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of the apparel trims industry and customer requirements.
- Ability to promote company products, generate inquiries, and support business growth initiatives.
- Willingness to work extended hours when required and travel for customer visits and meetings.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
