TREASURY DEALER (Manager Grade)

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute customer Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange (FX) transactions to maximise customer-driven FX profitability
- Manage the customer Repo portfolio and drive direct contributions to Treasury Net Interest Income (NII)
- Expand customer Fixed Income and FX business while building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Actively trade in interbank Fixed Income Securities (FIS), Money Market (MM), FX, and other treasury products to achieve treasury budgetary targets
Candidate Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics, or a full qualification in Banking (IBSL), or a recognised professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, CISI, or CFA
- ACI Dealing Certificate or Treasury & Foreign Exchange Operations Certificate (CBSL) is mandatory
- Minimum of 03 – 05 years of proven experience in Treasury Dealer functions
- Strong understanding of financial markets, treasury instruments, and banking products
- Sound knowledge of treasury operations, processes, and dealing systems
- Proactive team player with a high level of accountability and ownership
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, complemented by strong professional ethics
