TECHNICIAN – MAINTENANCE
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join the Maintenance Team of Prym Intimates Lanka as a Technician. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting maintenance operations, ensuring smooth functioning of machinery and utilities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Key Responsibilities :
- Carry out maintenance and repair activities related to machinery and equipment.
- Assist in maintaining Steam Distribution Systems and related equipment.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Adhere to workplace safety standards and company procedures.
- Perform additional duties related to the role as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Successful completion of a Technical/Vocational Training Course in Lathe, Welding, Mechanical Maintenance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Steam Distribution Systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
