DRAUGHTSPERSON – MEP

Job Position:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented MEP Draughtsperson to join our BIM department. This role offers hands-on experience in preparing and coordinating MEP drawings for international construction projects, providing valuable exposure to overseas project standards and practices. There is also a strong opportunity to grow your career into a BIM Technician / BIM Modeler role through in-house training and exposure to live BIM projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• NCED (NVQ Level 04) or equivalent qualification.
• 1-2 years of experience in MEP CAD Drafting/ Revit modelling in the construction industry under a recognized firm.
• AutoCAD/ Revit Diploma or similar qualifications will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (MEP) drafting.
• Basic Understanding of MEP drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire).
• Familiarity with Autodesk Revit (MEP) will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.
• Positive attitude and interest in developing skills in MEP drafting and related technologies.
