JUNIOR EXECUTIVE/EXECUTIVE/SENIOR EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT MANAGER – SALES / FD MARKETING

Location – Head Office, Kandy, Kohuwala, Homagama, Arij, Matara, Panadura, Chilaw Main, Kuliyapitiya, Negombo, Wennappuwa

The selected candidate will be responsible for,

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the leasing/FD portfolio.
• Maintain a healthy business portfolio by building and sustaining strong customer relationships.
• Provide financial support to SME sectors through leasing and mortgage loan/FD facilities.
• Evaluate customer requirements and recommend suitable leasing solutions.
• Make customer-centric decisions using strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Achieve monthly leasing / loan / FD disbursement targets set by the management.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum 1-5 years of related sales experience in financial or FMCG sections.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Active and energetic individuals, especially those who have excelled in sports.
• Should be methodical, result-oriented, and possess the ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of integrity.
