Designation: Fee Earner

Requirements

• Ordering documents from HMLR and support of issuing draft contract packs
• Dealing with Property Searches
• Dealing with Mortgage Offers
• Dealing with Sale transaction enquiries
• Setting matters up for Completion including Completion Statements and Bills
• Updating Estate Agents, Brokers and clients when necessary
• General support to your Fee Earner/Case Handle
• Working as part of a team

Conveyancing: 1 year minimum (required)
