PRODUCT MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and implement marketing and promotional campaigns for assigned products
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Monitor sales performance and support achievement of sales targets
• Coordinate with sales teams, principals, and key stakeholders to ensure effective execution of marketing plans
• Support product lifecycle management, including launches and brand positioning
• Prepare marketing reports, performance analysis, and presentations for management review

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 2–3 years of experience in product management, or a similar marketing role
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing will be an added advantage
