In line with the rapid expansions in our operations, we are seeking passionate team players to strengthen the Group Internal Audit function.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct operational and financial audits to evaluate internal controls, risk management, and compliance.
- Review business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Assess accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial records and reporting.
- Monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
- Prepare internal audit reports with constructive recommendations
- Collaborate with management to implement audit recommendations and strengthen controls.
- Ensure safeguarding of company assets through effective audit practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights from audit results.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards in all audit activities
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Operations, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Full / part qualifications in CA / ACCA / CIMA / CIA or CMA
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in internal / external audits or finance related roles.
- Strong understanding of internal controls, audit methodologies, accounting standards, and risk management practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills with high attention to detail.
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.
