Inbound Travel Executive
Overview
Kingfisher Destinations (Pvt) Ltd. is a growing destination management company specializing in inbound tourism in Sri Lanka. We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to join our team and deliver exceptional travel experiences to our international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries from initial contact through successful conversion of bookings.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries based on client requirements.
- Costing and pricing of tour packages.
- Coordinate hotel reservations, transport arrangements, excursions, and other travel services.
- Manage bookings and confirmations with suppliers and partners.
- Monitor and coordinate tour operations from arrival to departure.
- Handle operational issues and provide prompt solutions during tours.
- Liaise with drivers, guides, hotels, and other service providers.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the travel experience.
- Maintain accurate records and operational documentation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas travel agencies, DMCs, and direct clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the inbound market segment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound tour operations or a similar role.
