Import Customer Service Executive
Minimum 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding
Job Description
- Handle end-to-end import operations efficiently
- Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, and internal departments
- Ensure timely documentation and smooth cargo clearance
- Handle DO (Delivery Order) and follow up until cargo delivery
- Provide shipment updates and excellent customer service
- Resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Support team and contribute to process improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding (Import Operations)
- Good knowledge of import documentation (B/L, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.)
- Experience in DO handling and port clearance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (written & spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Qualifications
A professional qualification or diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
