ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER / MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University or Institute.
• Minimum 05 years of post qualifying experience.
• Experience in building maintenance and BMS operation will be an added advantage.
• A good working knowledge on HT/LV electrical distribution systems, HVAC systems, Fire protection & detection systems, Elevators, Escalators will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in Energy Management & ISO 50001 will be added advantage.
• Sound analytical, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
