POST OF NOTARY CLERK
We are seeking a Notary Clerk to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will assist with preparing, reviewing, and processing legal and property related documentation while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a notary office, legal office, or real estate company preferred
- Knowledge of property documentation and legal procedures and Conveyancing knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and process legal and real estate documentation
- Coordinate property transfer and registration paperwork
- Liaise with clients, attorneys, banks, and government authorities
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Verify documents for completeness and accuracy
- Handle administrative duties related to property transactions
- Follow up on pending documentation and approvals
