Job Description:
As an Executive – Student Enrolment, you will play a pivotal role in achieving enrollment targets by counseling prospective students. Your primary objective will be to attract high-quality students for our diverse range of programs, ensuring their journey with us starts on the right foot.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries received through various channels, including digital platforms, social media, advertisements, phone calls, and agents.
- Counsel students and parents on degree pathways that align with their goals and aspirations.
- Follow up on potential student leads, provide accurate information, and address inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update the lead management system regularly, ensuring accurate tracking of leads.
- Convert leads to successful enrollments, achieving the enrollment targets set by the institution.
- Assist in recruitment and promotional activities, including school outreach programs, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, marketing, counselling or sales.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and persuasive abilities, coupled with a customer-focused mindset.
- A degree, diploma, or part qualification from a recognized institution is desirable.
