EXECUTIVE - ADMINISTRATION (Kadugannawa)
CAREER PROFILE
- Coordinate and manage routine facility maintenance activities to ensure the workplace is well maintained, including scheduling and tracking service completion.
- Handle administrative duties such as maintaining records, updating maintenance logs, organizing schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department when required.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance work and ensure timely completion.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- 2–3 years of experience in administration, facilities management, or a related field.
- Diploma or professional qualification in Administration, Management, or a related discipline
- Basic knowledge of office maintenance and minor repair coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and documentation management.
- Strong teamwork, responsibility, communication, and problem-solving skills.
