EXECUTIVE - ADMINISTRATION (Kadugannawa)

CAREER PROFILE

  • Coordinate and manage routine facility maintenance activities to ensure the workplace is well maintained, including scheduling and tracking service completion.
  • Handle administrative duties such as maintaining records, updating maintenance logs, organizing schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department when required.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance work and ensure timely completion.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • 2–3 years of experience in administration, facilities management, or a related field.
  • Diploma or professional qualification in Administration, Management, or a related discipline
  • Basic knowledge of office maintenance and minor repair coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and documentation management.
  • Strong teamwork, responsibility, communication, and problem-solving skills.
