VACANCY

Texlan Center (Pvt) Ltd is one of the BOI approved companies operating in Sri Lanka for the last 38 years in the business of manufacturing hosiery products for export. We are under the Interloop Group which is one of the worlds largest hosiery manufacturers with Hosiery being its core business. The Company offers a wide range of socks with high quality levels and in line with all types of customers including top brands, retailers, specialty stores etc. The company is looking for dynamic, hardworking and ambitious individuals for the following vacancy.

JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - COMPLIANCE

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform all the duties in order to ensure health, safety and compliance standards are met within the factory.
• Carrying out the process as planned and preparation of detailed report on timely manner with recommendations.
• Review implementation of newly issued regulatory guidelines and make recommendation as required.
• Assisting with the preparation of policies/ procedures in line with regulatory framework.
• Organizing and coordinating comprehensive training for site workers and staff on health and safety practices.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Eco Business Management, Environmental Sciences, Natural Resource Management, Facilities Management or Engineering.
• NIOSH and depth knowledge on ESH and its sustainability.
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in the similar field.

NURSE

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Certificate Course in Nursing.
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in apparel sector is an added advantage.
• Ability to communicate in English is an added advantage.
