TRADE ASSET ADMINISTRATION
Ceylon Cold Stores PLC (CCS), manufacturer of Elephant House Beverages and Ice Creams is a leading consumer food company in Sri Lanka. CCS is a subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team and support the effective management of trade assets.
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Coordinating with the Sales team and suppliers to ensure on-time and in-full delivery of newly purchased trade assets
- Maintaining asset data in the system, including agreement details, repair records, and written-off asset updates
- Managing and maintaining asset agreement documentation
- Coordinating activities related to the Asset scanning System
Required qualifications and skills:
- Undergraduate following a degree in Finance, Marketing, Management, or a related professional qualification from a recognized institution
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in Finance, Audit, or Sales Operations will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
- A proactive go-getter with strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Capable of independently identifying requirements and delivering assigned tasks effectively
