Junior Executive - Operations / Transshipment

JOB OUTLINE
- Responsible for handling and ensuring the accuracy of Discharging and Loading Declarations in line with operational requirements
- Processing Port Bills and submitting them for managerial approval within stipulated timelines
- Following up on ITT movements to ensure timely execution and compliance with procedures
- Maintaining effective and professional communication with all stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor transshipment cargo from discharge vessel to onward connection
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Diploma / Degree in Shipping, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Shipping, Logistics
- Knowledge of container shipping and transshipment operations
- Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring zero operational errors
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with willingness to learn PPL system
- Prior experience / internship in shipping, maritime, or logistics operations will be an advantage
- A positive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow within the shipping industry
