ACADEMIC HEAD
ECHEM EDUCATIONS IS A RAPIDLY GROWING EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION COMMITTED TO ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AND STUDENT SUCCESS. WE ARE SEEKING A DYNAMIC, RESULTS-ORIENTED, AND EXPERIENCED ACADEMIC HEAD TO LEAD OUR ACADEMIC OPERATIONS AND DRIVE THE CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT OF OUR EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage all academic operations of the institution.
- Develop and implement academic strategies, policies, and quality standards.
- Supervise and support lecturers, academic coordinators, and teaching staff.
- Monitor teaching quality, student performance, and academic outcomes.
- Design and review curricula, study materials, and assessment methods.
- Conduct academic planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Organize staff training and professional development programs.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and academic regulations.
- Collaborate with management to achieve organizational goals and growth targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Education, Science, Management, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred).
- Strong academic background in Chemistry is essential.
- Knowledge of Physics and Biology is mandatory to support interdisciplinary academic planning and student guidance.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in academic management, educational leadership, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to lead and develop academic teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple academic programs and teams effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and educational management systems.
