Medical Laboratory Technologist (Hematology)

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

n
• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent.
n
• Valid professional license/registration with the relevant council (SLMC).
n
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a Hematology laboratory.
n
• Strong experience in routine and specialized hematology testing (CBC, coagulation profiles, blood film analysis, etc.)
n
• Strong knowledge of laboratory quality systems and safety protocols.
n
• Leadership and team management skills are preferred.
n
