We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced and passionate individual to join us as an Executive – Learning & Development at Uga Ghiri, Ella, the newest property in the Uga Resorts collection.

You will play a key role in upholding, enhancing, and streamlining our learning and development practices, ensuring that all training activities and resources are managed with accuracy, efficiency, and in support of our high learning standards. Your learning initiatives will create meaningful growth for staff and strengthen our reputation as a leader in Sri Lankan luxury hospitality.

Ideal Profile We Are Looking For:

• Candidates must have prior experience in food & beverage operations, along with 1–2 years of proven Learning & Development experience within a luxury resort or boutique hotel environment.
• Relevant qualification in Hotel/ Hospitality Management from a recognized hotel school or institute.
• Should be proficient in all aspects of learning and development, including delivering training sessions, managing learning records, and related processes.
• A positive mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Should possess strong communication skills and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to relocate to a resort.
