Digital Marketing Junior Executive / Executive

The One Group of Hotels is looking for an organised and proactive Digital Marketing Junior Executive / Executive to support digital campaign execution, email marketing, website optimisation, performance reporting, and day-to-day marketing activities across our hospitality and lifestyle brands.
n
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working across multiple brands, deadlines, and digital marketing requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n- Manage and support digital campaign execution across multiple brands
n- Assist with email marketing campaigns and marketing automation requirements
n- Support website content updates and website optimisation tasks
n- Track campaign performance and assist with preparing reports
n- Coordinate with internal teams, designers, agencies, and external partners when required
n- Support offer rollouts, campaign updates, and marketing coordination tasks
n- Monitor competitor activity, digital trends, and campaign performance insights
n- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely execution across digital marketing activities
n
n
REQUIREMENTS
n
n- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, campaign execution, or a related field
n- Good understanding of digital marketing platforms, website updates, email marketing, and reporting
n- Excellent English writing, editing, and communication skills
n- Ability to manage multiple brands, deadlines, and marketing requirements
n- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
n- Basic understanding of marketing tools, analytics, and campaign performance tracking
n- Experience in hospitality, luxury travel, lifestyle, real estate, or agency environments is an added advantage
n- Organised, eager to learn, and able to work independently
