Business Analyst
Experience: 2-4 years | Work From Home
We are looking for a skilled, client-centric Business Analyst to join our team at AKH IT Solutions. In this role, you will work closely with global clients, acting as the key bridge between clients and internal technical teams. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for client engagement, and experience in Agile methodologies along with hands-on exposure to AI tools, AI prompt engineering, and modern AI-driven development approaches (e.g., vibe coding), we would love to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling daily communications and ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements using Agile methodologies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, translating needs into clear technical requirements.
- Analyze client processes and recommend improvements and effective solutions.
- Prepare BRDs, process flows, and use cases with clear documentation standards.
- Coordinate between clients and internal technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Participate in testing and QA to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and management.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a client-facing role.
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, UK shift-based environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Sri Lanka Time)
