Senior HR Executive

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations while supporting organizational growth and employee engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Coordinate and oversee employee attendance, leave management, and HR records.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development plans.
  • Handle employee relations matters and assist in resolving workplace concerns and disciplinary issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports, employee documentation, and management information reports.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Support payroll processing by verifying attendance, leave, and employee-related data.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Assist management in implementing HR strategies and organizational development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or service industry environment.
  • Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
