QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR F&B MANAGER
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including supervisory or managerial experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage cost control, inventory management, and purchasing.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve operational targets.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of hotel systems will be an added advantage.
