To steer our expanding operations, we seek qualified and experienced professionals for the following position at our Colombo Campus.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANT (COLOMBO CAMPUS)

ROLE PROFILE

Technical Assistant provides technical support to students and staff and assist the ICT team in maintaining ICT infrastructure.

PERSON PROFILE

• 1 to 2 years’ work experience in the ICT industry
• Availability to work during the weekends
• Work experience in computer hardware and networking
• Cisco or Microsoft vendor certification would be an added advantage
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Good PR skills, ability to work as part of a team
• Customer orientation
