Remote roles | Commercial litigation | Debt recovery | Fast, practical legal solutions
An Australian law firm specialising in commercial litigation, debt recovery and fast, practical legal solutions for clients is currently recruiting two full-time superstar paralegals (remote roles).
The two roles
-
1. Administrative / Operations Paralegal
Focused on administration, client communication, document management and workflow progression.

2. Legal Drafting Paralegal
Focused on legal drafting, document preparation and progressing legal tasks.
Role 1: Administrative / Operations Paralegal
- Answering phones and managing frontline enquiries
- Managing email correspondence with clients, debtors, counterparties and other stakeholders
- Opening, maintaining and closing files
- Preparing and sending engagement letters
- Assisting with billing and payment administration
- Managing payment plans and follow-ups
- Filing and document lifecycle management
- Coordinating workflow and ensuring tasks progress through each step
- Providing general logistical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the legal team
Role 2: Legal Drafting Paralegal
- Preparing and drafting legal correspondence
- Drafting letters of demand, statutory demands and other recovery-related documents
- Preparing and formatting court documents and legal forms
- Reviewing contracts and correspondence and supporting documents
- Progressing legal tasks under supervision
- Communicating with clients, counterparties and other stakeholders as required
- Managing deadlines and ensuring legal tasks are progressed efficiently
- Supporting the legal team with legal drafting, matter preparation and file progression
Qualifications and Experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent English, with strong written and verbal communication
- Work-from-home office with stable internet connection
- The ability to interact with clients and counterparties professionally
- Excellent time-management skills
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment
- Diploma in Law / Bachelor of Laws
