ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting factory machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Support machine inspections, repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain maintenance records and monitor equipment performance.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
PRE-REQUISITES
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- 2-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of laser cutting machines, press machines, powder coating systems, compressors, and industrial electrical systems.
- Familiarity with TPM, 5S, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and maintenance record management.
