ASSISTANT TEAM LEAD – OPERATIONS
Support daily operations and team performance. Take the next step in your leadership journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage day-to-day workflow and team productivity
- Monitor performance, quality, and operational KPIs
- Handle escalations and ensure issue resolution
- Provide coaching, guidance, and develop team capabilities
- Assist with reporting, trackers, and operational monitoring
- Support onboarding, training, and team development initiatives
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiency
- Coordinate with leadership to ensure smooth workflow execution
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant operational experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to quality and performance
- Positive attitude with ownership and accountability
