FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Permia Sensing Lanka is seeking a Finance & Administration Manager, to oversee the day-to-day administrative and commercial operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient business systems, accurate record management, payroll administration, and effective coordination with the management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate daily administrative activities
- Manage contracts and sales documentation
- Oversee CRM accuracy and reporting
- Invoicing, receivables tracking, and payroll administration
- Maintain employee records, onboarding, and HR documentation
- Coordinate procurement, supplier management, and office administration
- Support compliance, reporting, and communication with the local & UK team
DESIRABLE
- Accounting or business administration qualification
- Experience in a small or scaling company environment
- Experience supporting contract administration and HR coordination.
- Familiarity with accounting, CRM, or ERP systems.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Experience in administration, commercial coordination, or office management.
- Experience administering payroll and financial records.
- Experience managing invoicing and receivables tracking.
- Experience maintaining CRM or business systems.
- Understanding of Sri Lankan employment and statutory requirements (including payroll compliance).
- Strong organisational and documentation skills and confidentiality skills
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with remote management
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills is a plus
