Assistant Manager / Senior Executive - Garment Technologist (Technical & Fitting)

Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, grading, and sewing techniques, specializing in ladies' and men’s underwear and outerwear
- Working knowledge of garment manufacturing machinery, with stitching capability as an added advantage
- Ability to accurately interpret technical packs, measurement charts, construction specifications, and analyze fabric and trim performance
- Expertise in fit analysis, size set approvals, sample evaluations, and conducting fit sessions with corrective feedback
- Effective coordination with merchandising, sampling, production, and QA teams to resolve technical issues during sampling and bulk production
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Apparel/Garment/Fashion Technology or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5–6 years of hands-on experience in garment technology, including fit, quality, and product development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in IT applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a proactive, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset
