  • Professional qualification in Pastry & Bakery, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in pastry and bakery operations, preferably in a hotel in a similar capacity.
  • Good knowledge of pastry preparation, food safety standards, and kitchen hygiene practices.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
