Job Vacancy: Data Entry Operators

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operators to join our team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining company data accurately. This role is suitable for candidates who are organized, computer-literate, and able to work with daily targets.

Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data into the company system accurately.
  • Maintain property, client, lead, and sales/rental records.
  • Check and verify information before uploading or submitting data.
  • Organize files, documents, images, and records properly.
  • Support the sales and operations teams with required data.
  • Ensure all records are kept confidential and up to date.
  • Prepare basic reports when required.
  • Meet daily data entry and accuracy targets.

Requirements

  • Good computer knowledge.
  • Ability to type accurately and work with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and email.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
  • School leavers and freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in data entry, administration, real estate, travel, or visa-related work will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work with online platforms and classified websites.
  • Sinhala and English typing ability will be an advantage.
