Officer- Front Desk & Administration

Job Profile

  • Receive and coordinate incoming correspondence.
  • Manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for clients.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate office supplies, maintenance activities, and other administrative requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to support operational requirements.

Personal Profile & Skills

  • G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification; a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in administration, front office, or customer service is preferred. Trainees are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Pleasant personality with a professional and customer-focused approach.
